Michelle was excellent at providing a broad range of viable options within our requested criteria. We were unlucky and a few properties we missed out on for reasons outside of our control. As a result, our search took much longer than anticipated. Michelle did not give up on us and relentlessly pursued new opportunities. We always felt she was acting in our best interest and we ultimately found a property that was perfect. Without her patience and resolve, we would not have ended up in such a great situation.
